The Hesperia Wranglers Rodeo Queens symbolize the youth of our community and those who wish to promote the great western way of life.
Say hello to your 2025–2026 Miss Hesperia Wranglers Rodeo Queen, Krystal Morales! At 26 years old, Krystal proudly calls Apple Valley home and is thrilled to represent the Hesperia Wranglers, the western way of life, and of course, the sport she loves most—rodeo.
Krystal’s trusted partner in and out of the arena is her horse, Thunder. She has raised him since he was just a 5-month-old, and together they’ve grown up, side by side. From local ranch horse shows and obstacle challenges to flying around the arena at gymkhanas, Thunder has been the heart of Krystal’s rodeo journey and continues to be her biggest teammate and inspiration.
When Krystal isn’t in the saddle, she works as a veterinary assistant while continuing her college education. Her hands-on experience in the field fuels her passion for animals and agriculture as she decides between pursuing a career as a veterinarian or becoming an FFA teacher. No matter which path she chooses, she is determined to inspire others and shine a light on the importance of agriculture in our everyday lives.
Outside of her academic and rodeo life, Krystal enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with Leon UTV racing team—especially during the world-famous King of the Hammers event. Whether she’s in the pits working or out watching the races or in the arena cheering for her fellow competitors, Krystal is known for her energy, positivity, and support of those around her.
A fun fact about Krystal is that while she may still be figuring out exactly where her path in life will lead, she knows without a doubt that animals, agriculture, and rodeo will always be at the heart of her journey. She is honored to serve as your Miss Hesperia Wranglers Rodeo Queen and looks forward to the memories, friendships, and adventures this year will bring.
Her motto is simple: “If you stay true to your passions and work hard, you’ll always find yourself right where you’re meant to be.”
